Information we collect
When you order, we collect your name, phone number, governorate, area, address and product details. An email address is used for account registration or newsletter subscriptions.
Why we use information
We use information to confirm orders, calculate delivery, prepare products, communicate about delivery, support returns, prevent fraud and measure store performance and advertising where measurement tools are enabled.
Store analytics
We record operational events such as product views, cart additions, checkout starts and purchases with a hashed session identifier and without raw IP addresses in analytics records. External analytics such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel load only after you allow tracking. You can decline and use essential store functions.
Incomplete checkouts
After a valid phone number is entered at checkout, incomplete order details may be saved temporarily to help complete the purchase. A final order is created only when you select Confirm order.
Sharing and retention
Delivery information is shared with our operations team, delivery company and service providers needed to fulfil your order. We do not sell customer data. Order records are retained for operational, accounting and dispute-resolution needs.
Security and customer rights
We restrict access and use HTTPS, session controls and permissions. Use the contact page to request corrections or ask about data use. Records required for legal or accounting purposes may be retained.
